Has to be the so-called Led Zeppelin IV -- the nameless album with the Runes and the dude with the lantern.... Would be good for a DARK DARK Red or a Port... Don't know how the name issue would impact your marketing, however; you'd have to refer to it as "Runes" or something even though the word doesn't appear on the label.... But it's so badass that i think it would appeal

If the album covers themselves would go on the label, then I have two suggestions. I will second the vote for Paul Simon's "Graceland" album, and push a first vote for Rusted Root's "When I Woke" album. Both would work as labels in my world, and are phenomenal works of music to boot.

If you're looking for iconic, how about Bowie's Aladdin Sane (a glowing cabernet), Low (a VERY dry, pale pinot grigio), or Heroes (a strong zinfandel).

These wines should definitely reflect those artists/bands that have made a significant influence on rock history, from classic rock like The Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, and The Beatles to modern artists like Peal Jam and Green Day. The Allman Brothers, Led Zeppelin, The Who - just a few I'd love to see, don't care what album cover!

Close to the Edge and Fragile by YES are classic albums that deserve interesting, ecletic wines. Quadrophenia by the Who deserves something a bit more raw and Machine Head by Deep Purple, a real hearty red!
