Paul Dolan is a fourth generation California winemaker. His family’s involvement in the wine industry extends four generations through the Rossi and Concannon families. During his 27 years at Fetzer Vineyards, 12 as president, he led a transformation that put the company at the forefront of organic viticulture and sustainable business. With the purchase of Parducci winery and the creation of Mendocino Wine Co. the mantle of leadership in sustainable winegrowing shifted from Fetzer to Mendocino Wine Co. while remaining cradled in the open, creative atmosphere of Mendocino County.

Joined Fetzer Vineyards as Winemaker

Named Winemaker of the Year by the Los Angeles Times
Introduced Bonterra wines, the first national brand made from 100% organically grown grapes
1992 Paul is named President of Fetzer Vineyard
2004
Retired from Fetzer Vineyards
Partnered with Tim and Tom Thornhill to purchase Parducci Wine Cellars and form Mendocino Wine Co.
