RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:
1) Contact Wines that Rock customer service via email or phone as soon as possible. Explain your dissatisfaction with the product.
2) Due to State and Federal laws all contents unless broken must be returned in full to the winery. Do not discard contents of the bottle. If it is a quality control issue please re-cork the unused portion for lab analysis purposes.
3) Once we receive your return item(s) we will credit your original payment for the purchase price and your replacement will be shipped. If we need to replace a wine due to damage in transit, please allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of your customer service request for your replacement to arrive.
Please help us deliver your order by verifying delivery addresses carefully. Errors or changes in delivery instructions that incur additional charges will be passed on to you.
Note: If you are receiving a credit, the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your bill.
TAX POLICY
Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have questions about the taxes on your invoice, please call us anytime at 888-987-4987 (WTR-4WTR).

I. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site?
When you visit wines-that-rock.com, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shopping experience better.
We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you.
II. Sharing of information - we don't do it.
Under no circumstances will we share any information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.
III. Newsletter Opt-Out.
If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe form that will let you get off our email list. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe.
IV. Consumer inquiries and privacy.
If you have any questions about your privacy, or want to make changes to your profile, or get off our marketing list, simply send us an email.
V. Protecting your information.
All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL - a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
